Healing begins when you feel seen, heard, and supported. I provide a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where individuals and couples can navigate betrayal trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, burnout, grief, addiction, neurodivergence, chronic illness, and life's difficult transitions. I also facilitate weekly trauma-responsive support groups for women healing from betrayal trauma.
With more than 15 years of experience in mental health, including 13 years in crisis intervention, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people during some of life's most difficult moments. As a therapist, I believe one of the greatest gifts I can offer is helping people recognize the potential to move from surviving to healing. As a member of the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP) and an APTT-Candidate, I continue advanced training in betrayal trauma recovery to better support partners as they rebuild safety, trust, and hope after relational trauma.
I view therapy as a collaborative journey of uncovering, discovering, and recovering. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building on your strengths and creating practical, lasting change. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling understood, empowered, and a little more hopeful than when you arrived.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply longing for something different, you don't have to navigate it alone. Healing is possible, and I'd be honored to walk alongside you. When you're ready, I invite you to reach out for a consultation. Virtual appointments are available throughout Georgia and Vermont.

Whether you're seeking personal growth, healing after a painful experience, or a stronger, more connected relationship, therapy offers a space to slow down, gain clarity, and create meaningful change.
I work with individuals and couples experiencing relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, depression, intimacy concerns, addiction, betrayal trauma, and recovery. Premarital and discernment counseling are also available for couples seeking clarity about their relationship.
As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), I provide specialized therapy for compulsive sexual behaviors and betrayal trauma recovery. I also serve as a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor, offering clinical supervision and case consultation to fellow mental health professionals.
My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and collaborative. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your relationships, and help you move toward lasting healing and growth.
Whether you're rebuilding trust, navigating a difficult season, or simply ready for something different, you don't have to do it alone. I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
In-person appointments are available at the Buckhead, Atlanta office for pre-approved sessions. Telehealth appointments are available on Mondays and Wednesdays.
